1. Make sure to fluff your pillow daily and wash your pillowcase weekly.

2, Once a month, give your pillow a good tumble dry on low heat.

If you need to, you may wash your pillow once a year. To do so, secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to prevent spills while washing. Use cold water and the delicate cycle, with no fabric softener or bleach. Afterward, dry one pillow at a time on a low heat setting. Depending on the appliance, this may take several cycles to ensure that the pillow is completely dry before use.

Customize your sleeping experience! You can adjust our pillows to suit your sleeping needs—simply unzip the cover and remove some of the filling until it's just right for you. These pillows come filled to the brim, but if it’s too fluffy for your liking, simply take out as much of the fill as you want. Make this pillow yours—fill it to fit your body perfectly.

Make sure to give your pillow a little TLC every day. Be sure to give your pillow a quick hand fluff to help keep it looking and feeling good.

Additionally, every month, put it in the dryer on low heat for 15-30 minutes to help revitalize its shape and fluffiness.

To fluff your pillow, start by grasping the corners of the pillow and pulling them up towards the center. Gently squeeze the pillow a few times to help redistribute the stuffing and make it puffier. Then, shake the pillow a few times to get the stuffing to settle evenly. Finally, fluff the pillow with your fingers and adjust the stuffing to the desired shape.

Removable outer covering. Remove the pillowcase and wash it in cold water on the delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. To dry, tumble dry the cover on low heat and make sure it is completely dry before using again.

Inner pillow. For best results, wash your inner pillow liner no more than once a year in cold water using a delicate cycle. Before doing so, secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that the memory foam does not spill out during the wash. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach. To dry, put the inner pillow in the dryer on a low setting, one at a time. This may take several drying cycles, depending on the type of washer and dryer being used. Make sure that the pillow is completely dry before using it.

Remember that it can take some time to adjust to something unfamiliar, such as a new pair of shoes. Shipping orders generally take 5-7 business days to deliver, but can take up to 10 business days on rare occasions. If your package hasn't arrived on the 7th business day, it's still on its way. If you haven't received your package by the 10th business day, please contact us so that we can start a trace with the carrier and make sure you get your order. Yes. Even though the pillow is washable, we recommend using a pillow case to protect your pillow, as it will help extend the time between cleanings and prolong its lifespan.
